He is a member of the select Nigerian Communications Commission Panel of Neutrals.

    • Drafted and perfected different credit security documentation in the form of debentures, mortgages, building lease, equipment lease, hypothecation, guarantees, negative pledge, etc.
    • Reviewed contracts and advised generally on risk allocation under contracts of commercial and financial hue
    • Acted for financial institutions including AMCON to recover debts, to enforce mortgage and debenture rights, defend against digital transfer of moneys.

In the recent past we have acted as solicitors to several share issues of financial institutions and state governments such as Prudent Bank Issue of 2000, Gulf Bank, IMB, Skye Bank, Afribank Merger, Law Union & Rock Merger, Jos International Breweries, Nem Insurance, Shelter Trust Fund, Islamic Fund, Lead Dollar Fund and Ekiti State Bond
    • Rendered legal service in the capital restructuring of financial institutions such as LeadCapital Plc.

    • Serviced many financial institutions including, GTB, WEMA, FCMB, AMCON in defending and litigating cases regarding loan recoveries, interpretation of contracts, debenture actions, mortgage redemption defences, etc
    • Represented trade creditors in actions for enforcement of obligations, defended trade debtors from creditors.

    • Acted for a number of Nigerian companies working in partnership with foreign entities to engage regulators to obtain licences for the captive electricity market in Nigeria and for mining leases.

    • Documented and perfected land transfers i.e. assignments, leases and powers of attorney for beneficial purpose.
    • Processed land compensation claims and land acquisitions with regulatory authorities successfully
    • Served as legal advisers to massive commercial and residential real estate projects spread across Lagos and Ogun States of Nigeria
    • Represented parties in court for the defence of their interest in land related matters.
