Our Team

He is the principal partner of our firm. He studied law at the Universities of Ife {Obafemi Awolowo University} and Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a master’s degree in law with bias for Secured Credit Transaction Law, Tax Law, Employment Law, Corporate Governance and Company Securities. He was part of the team that produced the Digest of Lagos State Laws 1973-1985.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and a Notary Public.

She read law at University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and University of Lagos Nigeria. She has a master’s degree in law with bias for secured credit transactions, company securities and international economic law. In addition, she holders a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Warwick Business School, United Kingdom

She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Banker of Nigeria and a Certified Risk Manager. In addition, she holds other professional certifications.

He is a Senior Consultant of the firm. He read law at the Lagos State University, Lagos State Nigeria. He was called to the bar in 2013 and started practice with the firm in 2015. He has strong litigation experience in wide specturm of operations.

He is currently our Head of Chambers.

She is the firm’s paralegal officer with extensive experience in engaging governmental agencies.

He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and the firm’s tax consultant
