Corporate Update

Our law firm was founded in 1987 and specializes in Commercial, Corporate, Maritime, Securities Law and Tax Law practice.

Over the years, we have provided comprehensive advisory services on maritime and cross-border transactions, capital raising activities, as well as debt and equity restructuring for companies. Our legal support also encompasses tax and employment advisory services across industries such as maritime, finance, real estate, agriculture, and retail vending. Additionally, we served as consultant legal advisers to SEALINK, an entity established by FEWACCI members in collaboration with NEXIM, to facilitate marine transportation along the West and Central African seacoast.

We have a team of qualified legal practitioners with strong skills and experiences derived from over 130years cumulative exposure to legal practice. The firm is well structured and resourced with extensive library facility and modern information technology

Olawore Oluyomi

Principal Partner


He is the principal partner of our firm. He studied law at the Universities of Ife {Obafemi Awolowo University} and Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a master’s degree in law with bias for Secured Credit Transaction Law, Tax Law, Employment Law, Corporate Governance and Company Securities. He was part of the team that produced the Digest of Lagos State Laws 1973-1985.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and a Notary Public.

Partner

She read law at University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and University of Lagos Nigeria. She has a master’s degree in law with bias for secured credit transactions, company securities and international economic law. In addition, she holders a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Warwick Business School, United Kingdom

She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Banker of Nigeria and a Certified Risk Manager. In addition, she holds other professional certifications.
